As a consequence of this amalgamation each river/stream reach in the dataset may be represented multiple times - one for each species it relates to.<\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN /><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>The information below relates to all four indigenous fish datasets:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><UL><LI><P><SPAN><SPAN>Indigenous Fish - Known Historic Locations<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN><SPAN>Indigenous Fish - Known Migratory Pathways<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN><SPAN>Indigenous Fish - Modelled Distribution<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN><SPAN>Indigenous Fish - Modelled Migratory Pathways.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>These datasets combine information from several data sources to identify potential distributions of native freshwater fish and their migratory pathways in the Bay of Plenty Region. Please note that fish distributions are subject to change as our knowledge of species distributions grows over time.<\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN /><SPAN /><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>\u2018<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Known historic<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>\u2019<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN> locations are based on the combination of recorded observations from the New Zealand Freshwater Fish Database and an internal BOPRC fish dataset maintained by A. Suren. E.
