20200630 15442800 1.0 TRUE AerialPhoto_1937_WhakataneAreas_SN50 This dataset was produced from scanned historic imagery orthorectified by SKYVUW Ltd as part of a joint contract between BOPRC, Waikato Regional Council and Environment Canterbury.This survey was scanned as part of the joint LINZ/LGGA project to digitise the entire crown archive of historical aerial imagery.The original aerial photography was acquired using a Williamson Eagle IV camera system on 12/04/1939. The imagery was collected at 9,000 feet above sea level providing an approximate scale of 1:11,000. The original scanned images provide an approximate raw GSD of 23cm which has been resampled to 25cm in order to fit wiithin the tile size as whole pixels.
